Valedictorian and Salutatorian
Valedictorian - Meiyue Liu
Meiyue (Vivian) Liu is the only child of Lazhen Pan and Jinping Liu. She joined Veritas in Chesapeake as a senior and has made a lasting impact during her time here. She served as President of the Student Government in 2025 and actively participated in both the volleyball and tennis teams.
Prior to her time at Veritas Chesapeake, Vivian attended Veritas Shenzhen, where she earned first prize at the provincial level in the National Open Source Hardware Application Design Challenge—an impressive achievement that reflects her strong academic and technical capabilities.
After graduation, Vivian plans to pursue a degree in Information Technology. She has been accepted to several esteemed institutions, including Ohio State University, Virginia Tech, and Rutgers University, and is excited about the opportunities that lie ahead.
Salutatorian - Gaoxiang Li
Gaoxiang Li is the son of Man Li and Ledan Gao. He has been a student at Veritas since the 9th grade and has made meaningful contributions to the school community during his time here. In his junior year, he was an active member of both the basketball and tennis teams, representing Veritas with dedication and school spirit.
After graduation, Gaoxiang plans to attend the University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he will pursue studies in the field of education. He is excited to take the next step in his academic journey
and looks forward to making a positive impact in the world through teaching.
